Nerve Health gives you access to your lab results and the ability to quickly schedule
a follow up appointment all on your mobile device.

With Nerve Health you can:

• Stay in touch with your physician
• Quickly schedule an appointment

You must first create an account in Nerve Health to access your information. Your
test results will then be sent to your phone as soon as the lab releases them. You
never have to wait weeks for test results again. Now as a patient you can research
yourself what going on before you see your doctor for the review of the results.
